I - It hosting

To facilitate the deployment of mobile applications, DANEM is equipped to support customer applications on its servers and network.

This architecture allows the client to work during the testing period or during deployment, avoiding investments in hardware and network devices.

Data protection is guaranteed by the quality of the environment (protection of the place, choice of servers) and by the choice of automated and remotely back up procedure.

 

II - Hotline / Maintenance

DANEM provides a permanent telephone support service for users on site, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. This assistance helps, in most cases, to solve two types of frequent problems.

Problems can be of any kind, including:

-Hardware: equipment malfunction and/or its accessories;

-Related to embedded software in the PDA, delivery point’s management software and / or synchronizing the information with the central server.

Ex: Inability to connect to download the new tour or to dump the latest deliveries.

An after sale service has been set up by DANEM and applied to all our existing and future customers.

Beyond the warranty period, DANEM offers an annual maintenance contract.


III - Training

DANEM is an Authorized Training Centre under the number: 11940458094

We provide training and start-up assistance as follows:

-on site

-Forming a trainer or a team

-Training on our application on the basis of a day

-Group training session

-1 day per team (maximum 10 people)
